Explore the city with new fast paced 'peg-it' workout & give a free space to someone else while you are at it
Our free pop-up sessions are now happening across the city, led by fantastic Move Champions. We're now launching our peg-it sessions, which combine fitness with running to create a fabulous Move Adventure.
Peg-it sessions are led by a fitness professional and you can expect a fast-paced, full body workout whilst exploring new areas in the city. You'll run from point to point, completing different mini-workouts in both green and urban spaces.
We have limited spaces on our peg-it sessions with only 12 paid tickets available for each session. For every two sign-ups, we open up a free place to someone who otherwise couldn't afford it. Our free spaces are filled by our referral partners, so if you need a free spot or know someone who does, please get in touch.
You don't need to be a super duper runner to take part. The running distances of sessions will vary in length and our first session will include around 1.5 miles of running in total, but there are plenty of options for extra running too if you're super keen! If you can jog continuously for five minutes, you'll definitely be fit enough to join in.
