New workout areas coming soon!

Move the Masses is expanding!

We have secured funding to create more workout areas in the city, so more people can get moving, have fun and feel good.

From April we will be bringing free,weekly pop-up workouts from a brand new fitness installation being constructed right by Red Tower amongst the walls on Foss Islands Road.

And soon we will be filming workouts that can be done by anyone in three locations in Tang Hall, including Hull Road Park. Move the Masses workouts cater for all levels of fitness, so don't be scared; from the simplest movement to advanced workouts, we have it covered.

Our next pop-up workouts in Acomb and Clifton are all listed on our events page, which gets regularly updated. Head on to Kingsway North in Clifton on Monday 21st at 11am to get moving there or the Viking Road play area in Acomb on Monday 28th at 11am if you are over that way.

We are passionate to support anyone to get moving without the barrier of money, levels of fitness or ability. And you can just come in your normal clothes! we know getting moving improves your mental and physical wellbeing and that is why we do it.

And if you want to get involved in Move the Masses, we are always on the look out for volunteers to lead fitness sessions (full training given) or to become a walking buddy for someone.
